Compared with a propane stove, it can deliver powerful heat using less pellet fuel. It also generates electricity from the heat it produces, so no external power is required, even during a power outage.

Because it needs so little power, we could add a TEG module that generates about 18W (25–30V) from its own heat. It can now run without any external power.
